Sumita Dutta Shoam is an accomplished screenplay writer with extensive experience in the creative arts. She has co-written three screenplays, including the upcoming film "Game of Change" which is currently in post-production. As a multi-talented artist, Sumita has also made significant contributions to the literary world as the author of "The Heart of Donna Rai" a historical fiction novel that has garnered positive reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. Her versatility extends to poetry and short stories, having contributed to various anthologies and publications 

In addition to her writing prowess, Sumita is the founder and proprietor of Adisakrit Publishing Services, where she has overseen the launch of thirty books to date. Her role as Publisher, Designer and Editor at Adisakrit highlights her expertise in book design, editing and publishing, making her a key figure in the literary community. Sumita's creative skills are not limited to the written word,  she also ran an art and photography studio, AdIsh Photo Art, for several years, showcasing her talent in visual arts and photography.

Shoam's professional background is further enriched by her experience in education and freelance work. She has taught high school English and primary-level French and has provided freelance writing, design and photography services for various clients. Sumita's proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro, along with her contributions to online and print publications, underscores her broad skill set and dedication to the arts .

Kishor Tripathi is an accomplished art director and production designer with a robust career spanning over 18 years in the Indian film industry. His journey began with a solid educational foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bishwa Hindu University and a Master of Fine Arts from the prestigious J. J. School of Arts in Mumbai. His deep understanding of traditional drawing, painting and set design has allowed him to craft visually compelling and culturally resonant environments for numerous Bollywood productions.

Throughout his career, Tripathi has collaborated on a variety of high-profile projects that have cemented his reputation as a skilled artisan in the world of film. His work on films such as "Om Shanti Om" and "Rajjo" showcases his ability to blend traditional Indian aesthetics with the demands of modern filmmaking, resulting in sets that not only serve the narrative but also enhance the cinematic experience. Joy B S is a talented lyricist and accomplished Journalist based in Thiruvananthapuram, India. With a background in language and literature from Kerala University, Joy has developed a keen understanding of narrative and expression. His work spans various media, including movies, television serials and music videos, where he has contributed memorable lyrics that resonate with audiences. Joy's poetic flair and creative insight have also led him to pen stories and scripts for short films, showcasing his versatility as a writer. He got Keraleeyam VK Madhavan Kutti National Award for Reporting (2006), State award for Investigating Report (2006),Aasan prize for poetry (2014),Indira Gandhi National Foundation Award for Best Investigative Journalist (2004)

Joy's achievements extend beyond writing and journalism. He has directed more than 15 documentaries, earning critical acclaim for his work. His contributions to the cultural landscape include the composition of 'Nanmayulla Lokame' a song celebrating Kerala's pride.
